While many personal trainers have been incorporating different variations of interval training in their routines, there are not a lot using the full Tabata method.

If you are new to exercising or just new to the method it is a good idea to get started with a personal trainer that has some experience with the Tabata method, preferably a certified Tabata instructor. This is because while the concept may seem simple enough their is a lot more to the method then just hap hazard interval training.

There are many benefits to training with the Tabata method. One of them is that you can get in a great workout in about 16 minutes. This makes it the perfect way for people with limited time to get in their exercise without having to spend hours at the gym.

Another advantage to the Tabata method is that this type of high intensity circuit training will not only get your heart rate up during the workout but, your metabolism will continue to be elevated long after the workout session so you will continue to burn fat for the rest of the day.

The combination of less time training with the longer lasting effects seems to attracting more and more people to this method. If you are looking for a personal trainer and want to try something a little different, contact Randall to schedule your next Tabata session today!
